Training

Last week's leg workout had my quads so fatigued that my knees were shaking while trying to stabilize during Romanian Deadlifts (Good Morning according to Bodylastics). While my quads were very fatigued after leg extensions (third quad dominant exercise), Romanian Deadlifts were so much easier to perform without having to concentrate on stabilizing my knee joint.
The bb.com store rating for the supplement is too low IMO. It was a solid intra-workout supplement but the taste was about a six of out of 10.

The headaches are still there. I am going to try to do my best to finish out this last week. I am very glad Top Secret Nutrition gave me the opportunity to try it but the having a headache everyday is not worth the results: strongly suppresses appetite. I could be wrong but it seems my vascularity has increased during the run of Ab Igniter.

MRI: EO2 EDGE Topical Punch (Advanced Endurance Optimizer) tasted like when you burp and accidently barf in your mouth a little. It's not quite that bad but you get the idea. It did not give me an upset stomach, it just tasted bad.
iSatori RESTORAID Citrus Punch? It did not live a bad impression on me or I would have remembered that. It was not so good tasting (like Controlled Labs Green Magnitude Sour Green Apple) that I remembered wanting to drink it everyday. Rest Day - Week 2
8/17/14
No active rest day. Needed to take the day off to recover but still spent it walking all afternoon at the Milwaukee County Zoo...keeping up with a three year old.
Took 1 capsule of Supremacy 2.0 15 minutes before supper. Since I was unable to time out Supremacy properly with the other meals of the day, I took two capsules of Analyzed Supplements Forskolin-95 (50mg total) before bed to get my Forskolin-95 in.
