lol yeah that's about how I feel. One of my biggest fears about entering the 10 miler is that I'll run it and then end up in the hospital with more knee surgeries. So I won't do it.

Although I do several obstacle runs a year and they don't seem to bother me aside from the bruises and scrapes I got the last couple times. My shins still look terrible by the way from a couple of them I ran in July. lol

Does the army hold these events? I want to try a tough mudder or an event like it but anytime one is local I'm deployed or have some kind of training.

The Army 10 miler is hosted by the Army obviously. It's around DC. I did the Merrell Down and Dirty last month and it was hosted by the Army National Guard. I did the Spartan Sprint last month too and it was hosted by the Air National guard.

So I think I've got to that point where the hunger games are setting in and I'm never really feeling full. DOMS is a biach too. I've never been this lean this early in my cut so I don't know whether 14 weeks will be too much. After all... I'm just going on holiday, not competing.

Just another Monday push day for me .

4 sets incline dumbbel bench
4 sets hammer push thing (benchs taken)
5 sets chest flys
5 sets dumbbel shoulder fly
5 sets dumbbel shoulder raise
4 sets dips (triceps version)
4 set ooverhead rope triceps extension
4 sets triceps kickback

Total tome about an hour . Thoughts ? Doin my miss right now 30 min
