Anyone ever try standing DB press?

Obviously cannot use as much weight as seated but I felt it way more in my delts than with seated DB/BB and standing BB.

The pump was even more than lateral raises.

Definitely worth trying it out IMO.

Awesome workout this morning. Was benching and literally took the bar and weighed it because I thought it must not weigh 45lbs (scale said it was 48lbs so idunnolol). Weight was going up easy.

Planned on benching 225 for 3 sets of 3. Got 225 x 3 easy, 245 x 2 and spotter touched the third rep, then 225 x 3 easy again. Been a week since I lifted, guess I was well rested lol. Good day so far.

Don't even need heavy weight for standing DB press to stimulate the delts.

Pause at the bottom of each rep, squeeze glutes, core and quads hard as **** and push with delts... should minimize arching.

    http://www.ergo-log.com/best-shoulde...dumbbells.html

Believe they found that standing DB press engages the delts more but BB engages biceps and triceps more.

Looks pretty awesome... would do if was at university and/or had a lot of free time alongside being able to sleep and eat a lot.

Obviously cannot use as much weight as seated but I felt it way more in my delts than with seated DB/BB and standing BB.

The pump was even more than lateral raises.

Definitely worth trying it out IMO.
I do almost everything standing except bench pressing of course. I feel lazy if I sit at all while working out.

    Need info Scc brahs

For morning cardio is it better faster or with 2/3 to a scoop of a protein shake before?

Also school starts for me at 7:15am on Thursday

If I wanted to do cardio before should I do a 30/40 min outside run/jog or 15-20 mins treadmill HIIT

Standing DB press is tough as hell i definitely feel the delts getting hit hard and its one of those exercises that always seems to make me sweat more than normal.
