He's a proffesional bodybuilder. Has access to the best sups, nutritionists and coaches. Has ALL year to prepare for these comps that are over a few weeks and still can't get it right. I think it's a joke srs
Look at these amateurs competing in the Arnold Classic, all come in lean as hell and very dry. They have no where near the resources Kai has and they still nail it.you mad because i'm right?

Personally I don't like him at all.. But as a combination of sheer mass n condition. He was much better than many. Atleast top 4. Many amateurs have better condition.. Right.. But they are nowhere near his size. He does not deserve Mr.O yet IMO but you have to respect what a he has achieved, this status , fans , championships n everything ( as a professional) . He might not be the best but still...
If we judge him as a pro alone on basis of statistics , he's good. As a whole , it's subjective and I too don't like him . I don't care if he wins or loses.(except at the O . I don't see him as Mr.O personally)Honours in Physics

Wolf gets ripped but is that right bicep injured. Jays looks better even after the tear. Look at recent pics. its flat as hell. Calves are horrible. I am a Wolf fan but he is getting worse structure wise. Hes nailing his condition. I dont think he has any chance of beating Phil. Kai has no chance. If Rhoden brings up his back and gets really dry he might have a chance. I think we have seen Kai and wolfs best. Its not good enough to beat Phil. EVER! Could someone put up pics of dennis recent FDB RDB from prague and *****.
There should be a picture of Dexter Jackson on the IFBB mandate.

So damn great to see he is consistently coming in condition post olympia and that too back to back. He has found the correct prep formula I guess. One of the biggest guys on stage and can get striated glutes. I hope he fixes his BDB posing.
I think it's just his posing... He has fairly good lower lats if u see RLS. But they disappear in BDBHonours in Physics

Well in a subjective sport where having a prefect look in every pose is hard to come by. Some just look better in those certain poses. But his shape in many poses grabs everyone's attention. He just needs Wolfs conditioning to fight for that top spot. It's clear size and shape is not matched by many.

Lower lats you mean. I'm aware I'm mean I was again with him at the O. I've tanned that back. But who's to say genetically what can be done and what cant. I mean some are narrow and certain poses don't look good at all. Some have small forearms which throws off certain poses. Some are in regression stages. You just try your best and work hard at it everyday of your career.
Btw, these guys look at themselves everyday. There's nothing we could tell them they already don't know. If it needs worked on. They are on it. But again genetically development is not the same for everyone.US Marine Corps Vet 8 years ( 92/00 ) - Semper Fi - ★cVc★

Lol -_- These guys have insane genetics and put muscle on like nothing. It's a mental battle trying to correct a major imbalance like front to back and rarely have I ever seen a pro fix it. Saying it's just how his lats grow is pretty ignorant because it has to do with his training. I can only speculate but the level of heavy squatting he did in his early years could easily contribute to something like this (compression of the lumbar) which prevents proper contraction of the lats creating the illusion that he has bad "lower lats." Just so you're aware, the lats are one muscle so the top part of a rowing movement might be weak, which in turn causes incorrect development of his overall lats. It's not just a random part of the same muscle that won't grow, and makes no logical sense.

I think it's sad to try and fit that many guys on the same stage and have them hitting each other like that, lol. But really hard to say. At this point I just want to see him go a whole year without issues. Like he did in 2013.
Yes, we would all be speculating for sure. But to sit there and pick apart the best in the world in their sport. Well, they must be doing something right. So I guess keep watching your screen and waiting for different/better results.US Marine Corps Vet 8 years ( 92/00 ) - Semper Fi - ★cVc★

Understand that he is the best in the world at putting muscle on a frame which is mostly drug response and genetics. There is no measure for "best" when it comes to training properly, and plenty of guys who are at the top make common training mistakes an average personal trainer would even correct, and it visibly translates to their physique if you know what to look for and have some physiology/human kinetics background or have done a sport like gymnastics or something where there is much more of an emphasis on training for balance. I can definitely sit here and pick apart their mistakes because whether I'm more knowledgeable than them on the subject or they don't practice what they preach, we'll never know.
