I took my leftovers to work and just ate on my break times... I was more tired than hungry so I managed some form of self-control (RARE).
I ordered a large on saturday (and two gluten free pizzas that I ate that day haha) and had half left! Now it's gone so back to the bacon sandwiches!
What happened was... I was away all Sunday (and he was too hungover Saturday) so I had to reschedule my workout with ThaDon... so I did a bit of workout with him, then there was football group training and I have no control over what we do there... it kicks my ass though lol. My traps and shoulders were so pumped my arms stopped working lol
Cider has been my go-to (After wine) because it's generally gluten free and doesnt hurt my stomach! There's a local NS kind that's really good, it makes Strongbow taste really watered down and bland. I think I've tried 4 different kinds recently and the Molson Canadian one is actually pretty good. I had a pitcher of another I currently forget the name of and found it super sour/tart, and the local NS one is really tasty... Mmmm alcoholic apple juice lolBluePrint Believer!

I'll be taking 10 weeks off of work, and I expect to not leave the couch much for at least 2 weeks. The first 4 will be hard. I should be walking almost normal by the 8th week. I think Physio starts after 6 weeks, but I'm not sure yet. Depends on this surgeons practices.
