Disregard protein, acquire high fat/moderate carb

i've offset feeling ****ty about having low calories by increasing my physical output. i'm doing almost 1.5-2hrs cardio 5x a week. probablyw ay too much, but i'm liking the gains/results, and if it doesn't work i can always lower it/stop down the line.
