Hopefully somebody has some experience with my situation or has some knowledge regarding it: I am a 85k lifter weighing about 88k usually. I am pretty chubby, I estimate somewhere between 15-20% bodyfat. I want to become leaner over the next several months, but not planning on dropping a weightclass or anything. What is a good macro breakdown for a slow recomp diet? I started tracking my macros last week and I'm aiming for 2700-2900 cals/day, and roughly 45%C 30%P 25%F. How do you determine your %s? What is a typical macro breakdown for strength athletes?
