I started my first day of the Juggernaut challenge on the 24th of March 2014. Tonight is the 25th and I'm still super sore. Especially the chest and shoulder blades. I am following the JIM STOPPANI'S SHORTCUT TO SHRED work out and nutrition plan.
I am glad I started this plan because, I was getting tired of my old work out routine and I wasn't sure how to switch it up.
I am excited about tomorrow's work out.

I have always been curious about Jim Stoppani's program, but never tried it. The guy is cool though, put all that science into fitness, and he's shredded!
