chit man, looking good!
I personally wouldn't suggest keto for those who aren't obese, but whatever you're doing looks like it's working.Gaspari SuperPump 3.0 log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=160269411 (finished)

That's impressive work there! That back!
I'm cutting and I changed my lifts to a more strength 5x5 routine cause I was losing some strength and lifts were going down and that seemed to help. After few weeks with that I went back to my routine and the 5x5 seemed to help.
I don't do keto for this cut but I have before and I lost faster in the beginning with that but in the end it all gets down to calories in = calories out. I'm eating in about a 10%-20% deficit from maintenance, though the amount of my intake has been adjusted many times over the weeks based on how much I'm losing, which I kept at a slow pace, like 1lb weekly, sometimes lower.
I keep my protein at least 1g/lbs though that could even be lower.
Gotta say you have a great physique and mass there at 17, you are well on your way!

Personally, at your BF i dont think you need to be Keto, you could do higher and lower carb days if you like, but IMO i dont see any need to be keto, your at a nice decent BF% with decent muscle.

Nice mass .....looking solid and strong. How much did your lifts go up with the extra 12kg BW? Chest, traps and back and arms are looking thick. Hard to say from those pics but legs look like they are seriously lacking size compared to the upper body"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs
