Hey guys...I'm on sort of a cut...half cut half diet....weight training 6 days a week and cardio afterwards....keeping calories around or below 1800...fats around 80-90 grams...protein up around 170-180 grams... carbs whatecer I take in for the day. Usually below 100 carbs daily....
Anyways I am 5'11", 28 years old, 210 pounds even as of this am, and I'm just so sick of eggs, chops, chicken, etc. I want to branch out. Hitting my protein and fat requirements while keeping cals below 1800 and having a variety of foods.
This was my first 'variety meal' and I kinda binged, though surprisingly I'm not stuffed. It is a 10" hamburger pizza from a local restaurant on town, no website to get nutrition off of.
Out of 6 pieces i had 5. Can some of you more seasoned nutritional experts help me estimate the macros I took in so I don't go over my daily count? Thank you!

I think 350 is really low and 1500 may (may be) be too high....I called the restaurant back and they had no idea. Honestly...I'm thinking for all but one piece...probably around 7-800 calories. Maybe 900.
I eat 1800 cals a day because after 2 months of this and 24 lbs lost total that's what I've gotten down to. I think this will be good from now on, if I feel I'm not losing anymore ill just amp up the cardio.
Tho ill probably go over cals today with this pizza lol

1,500 sounds about right.
Look at any major pizza chains nutritional information, and its around that for a pizza relatively the same size. Give or take a bit less for what looks like a thinner crust, and add a few cal's for the hamburger topping, etc.
Whether we tell you its 1,000 or 10,000, its not going to make a difference; just estimate it and move on.
And what Domicron said, 1,800 cals is too low for someone with your stats; thats what I would be cutting on.

What if I said it was 10k calories, 5k calories, 2k calories, 350 calories, does it really matter at this point anymore? there is absolutely no way to give you an actual accurate calorie count for the pizza because we have no idea what the dough is made of, how it was prepared, the source of meat, the type of cheese, and yes even the tomato sauce.
My suggestion is just move on, stop stressing about it and get back on your regular diet tomorrow with counting your calories, if you are going to stress about it like this, don't eat food you can't track."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."

I haven't stressed at all I just wanted a real ****ing estimate without some douchebag posting some bs he knew wasn't right. I wasn't asking for EXACT macros I was asking for a ballpark. This is the reason I hate this site. Mother****ers like you come on here and act superior to everyone asking advice. 1 out of 2 people commenting on this site is a complete butt ****er who wouldn't act the way they do on here to someone's face.

News flash: Anyone who answers knows the answer isn't right. If you want a made up estimate to feel good about, make your own up, you ate the ****ing thing. Once you eat it doesn't matter anyway.
It was nice of you to include a picture though. Some of the people that make these threads don't even do that before they get all butthurt about nobody knowing how many calories was in someone else's food.
