Without having read the books (so this can't be spoilers) I've always thought Jon Snow was Robert Baratheon's bastard and when Robert took the crown Ned raised him as his own.
It really does make more sense then Ned being the one who got a whore pregnant and took a war baby home. Just my thoughts on the matter.
I like the look of the new actor better. I hate it when they switch though.

Never criticize someone until you have walked a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I didn't even realize the possibility of it when reading the books. It wasn't until watching the show I started catching the clues. But we have to assume all show watchers are mouth breathing mongoloids that can't come up with theories on their own. Any theory posted is a book spoiler from a reader.

I believe a mod posted a week ago that even theories are considered spoilers whether accurate or not and will get banned for it.
So the only thing we should do is discuss the current or old episodes and that's it.
Making sure this thread stays spoiler free will make it enjoyable for everyone.

Never understood the desire for some of these people who have either read the books or spoilers coming in here pretending they didn't read them and throwing out "theories"
I'm sure there was someone in here after episode one saying he thinks Eddard Stark was going to get his head cut off

People actually do that? ... Strong *******ry. I only started posting in the GOT threads since last season and only visited the thread once during the first season I think ( I was there on the page for the birth of Carl Drogo).
Someone dude irl spoiled the Ned Starks fate for me ... I was at a shop and one of the clerks there who watched the episode asks me if I saw Neds head getting chopped off .... I bert stared the fukk out of him in shock and agony, I would have cried if I could because I was about to go home and watch the damn episode, ****ing brutal lol .... Everything else has been a surprise, thank god.Sig line can't be a novel

A part of me regrets reading the books. Read them after season 2. Can only imagine how crazy red wedding would've been if I didn't know it was coming.
Felt that way about Shutter Island...kinda read a spoiler by accident so the reveal at the end didn't sit as well.
It's pretty pathetic that some people's lives are so lame that they feel some kind of joy out of spoiling a great show for others or take their "wizard" status so seriously that they post "theories" knowing what's actually going to happen.
Then again it is the misc...

I'm glad I didn't get that part spoiled to me... If anything, it was more of the Red Wedding that was a spoiler. I kept hearing people mention stuff on social media about "Can't wait for the Red Wedding" blah blah blah... Which I knew it was a GOT reference. It wasn't until my curiosity rose when I figured out Red + Wedding must mean something bad because Red = Blood... Right? I figured SOMEONE was going to die, then low and behold, Rob Stark dies along with everyone else -__-''

it's not show information. its pre show history and is never going to be shown in the show. if it did, i wouldn't have googled it.
also its available on youtube as part of the historical videos from the shows channel you potato. i wouldn't intentionally spoil something for myself lol
