Hey guys, I usually don't post but lately, I haven't had any time for the gym. I go to college, in the health science program so my schedule is fuarking packed. Before school started, i was on Kelei's "Intermediate/Advanced Routine" (sorry you gotta google it cause i can't post links yet) and i was really loving it. Now, the only days I can go to the gym are friday, saturday and sunday. Should i switch to a push pull leg routine? Or full body workouts? What do?
