First time in a squat suit (705 attempt)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCvSM6mrlZM

    Not sure how to embed.

Weights are 645, 675 and 705. Depth looks a little short. Think I can get deeper, just not used to how depth feels in the suit so next time I'll have someone calling me up. Any tips or critiques?

what kind of suit is that? It looks a single ply, if so try to use more speed on the descent.

It's a single ply inzer, but I had inzer briefs underneath it. Thanks, I'll to speed the descent up somewhat as I get used to the suit.

Don't do that, he said if its single ply. Meaning when you use the suit without the briefs, your decent should be faster. In multi-ply, you can take your sweat time.
