I guess I didn't FULK as badly as I thought.
also most of the last yr has been a recomp with weeks of cutting.
I've been bouncing from 163 to 173 for a while.
Need to buckle down & get sub 160's for winter BULK & hopefully only need to cut a few months to be ready for summer.

I would have loved to try wrestling, but I went to a small high school. The only sports we had were football, basketball, baseball, track, golf and tennis.
Guess I'm unaware of current issues with your relationship... but you said it right. Hang in there! We're all gonna make it.
That's my goal.. cut down to 200ish asap, then go on a 20lbs clean bulk, then cut back to 205 and hopefully ~10% by next summer.~DSC~

Sorry I been absent on here of late. Getting back in the game slowly as my arm injury halted my upper body workouts. That led to just not doing much of anything. I am amazed that I didn't gain more weight than I have as I kept right on eating as if I were lifting lots of volume still.

I think there was ~34 in mine. Class before me had 17.
On the weight loss note, weighed in at 182.8 yesterday.
Then promptly went out and ate a banana split, some type of buffalo pizza, and then Nutella pizza. Got to time dates for scheduled refeed days.
So that was my refeed for the week. Will do avg carbs till the bod pod tomorrow then back down to as little as possible.
Wrinse and repeat.

That damn good.
My max was 300lbs for 2 reps while bulking.
Front (overhand?) grip only with lifting gloves because my oly bar is new & the gnurling was chewing up my dainty whites.
Took a month to work back up to that after switching from the alternate grip (one hand forward one backward)
Was hell on my forearms.
