I've been meaning to say something Nitro, but awesome work since last year. I can tell you've gain a good bit of mass. (either that or you've mastered lighting effects for you pics...lulz)

I guess I didn't FULK as badly as I thought.
also most of the last yr has been a recomp with weeks of cutting.
I've been bouncing from 163 to 173 for a while.
Need to buckle down & get sub 160's for winter BULK & hopefully only need to cut a few months to be ready for summer.

There ya go, football and lifting. Even taking time off you still kept alot of your LBM. One of my biggest regrets was not playing football in HS. Went out for wrestling when I was 13. Lasted one practice, never went back lol.

I would have loved to try wrestling, but I went to a small high school. The only sports we had were football, basketball, baseball, track, golf and tennis.

That's my goal.. cut down to 200ish asap, then go on a 20lbs clean bulk, then cut back to 205 and hopefully ~10% by next summer.

I wrestled in high scholl and middle school. That's where it all started. I miss wrestling matches. Hopefully one of my boys gets into wrestling and I can get involved that way.

Sorry I been absent on here of late. Getting back in the game slowly as my arm injury halted my upper body workouts. That led to just not doing much of anything. I am amazed that I didn't gain more weight than I have as I kept right on eating as if I were lifting lots of volume still.

I've decided I just don't like these & will stick with leg press until I can get a power rack for my basement.
Which involves actually cleaning the basement.
Actually more like shoveling it out.



Even better when you go to a pool party & women who are seeing you shirtless for the first time don't say a fricken thing.
They just secretly take pictures & show them to the other women at work or stare when they think nobody is looking.

But, almost every guy there pointed out your chest, arms, back...... and asked for lifting advice.

IDK maybe women just don't notice these types of things in guys.....



I had one of the women I know tell me "women like something to hold onto ya know".
Had to explain to her that i'm not trying to get ripped to get chicks.
I'm doing it for myself & to see just how far I can push myself.

I also explained some of my pants are snug on the waist & I need to drop 10lbs min. before I bulk or i won't be able to wear after a month of eating at surplus. LOL!

Ever since I started lifting, that's the first question that pops into my mind when I look at someone, male or female.

On the weight loss note, weighed in at 182.8 yesterday.
Then promptly went out and ate a banana split, some type of buffalo pizza, and then Nutella pizza. Got to time dates for scheduled refeed days.

So that was my refeed for the week. Will do avg carbs till the bod pod tomorrow then back down to as little as possible.

Wrinse and repeat.

Thats great! I am trying to build back up to that on straight leg deads. I had a few injuries due to unrelated situations so I took a break.

That damn good.
My max was 300lbs for 2 reps while bulking.
Front (overhand?) grip only with lifting gloves because my oly bar is new & the gnurling was chewing up my dainty whites.

Took a month to work back up to that after switching from the alternate grip (one hand forward one backward)

Was hell on my forearms.

After months of lifting last year I got up 395x1 on deads. Back down to 335 now :/
