    Question Best leg sculpting exercises?

What is everyone's favorite leg sculpting routines? I run, I lift and I am very active yet my legs don't seem to budge. What are your favorite moves or routines?

Heavy Squats... and that's it really for me. I haven't done em for a while because of a hip injury, but nothing else compares imo.

If you aren't eating enough to gain weight, it doesn't matter what exercises you do. Nothing but a combo of both will build your muscles.

I get a lot of glute activation from squats - they are definitely one of the top exercises if you want a firm derriere. I also like Bulgarian split squats. However, if I want to hit quads I really like Somersault Squats (I do them without the step, I just go up on my toes). They look weird but they really work the quads hard. You don't need much weight at all. Typically I do them with 10-15kg on the Smith machine.

To build muscle, you're going to need to be in a caloric surplus. So you're going to need to eat more, and you're going to need to lift heavy on your stems. Squats, deads, front squats, heavy lunges.

Squats of every variety, lunges (either with dumbbells or a barbell), deadlifts of every variety, step-ups (either with dumbbells or a barbell) with a kick-back, GHRs. And for cardio that gives you a great leg workout you can't beat the Stepmill

I find i respond best to unilateral single leg deadlifts, ATG squats...deadlits... bulgarian squats as heavy as i can possibly go (today was 40lbs total) leg curls, which i do drop sets of going up to 60lbs on...and wide stance goblet squats...
