    Anyone else megadose specific vitamins/minerals?

    12g Vitamin C every day lol..

    2x 1000mg chewable tablets with every meal (usually have 6 meals per day), this is usually the highlight of my day eating these. Tastes good man.

    are you trying to target a particular disease? Absorptive efficiency of vitamin C drops significantly as you up the dosage. If you are going to megadose, at least I would recommend doing so at 400-500mg max for each dosing.

    Megadosing vitamin C is incredibly stupid for a bodybuilder. Actually, megadosing any vitamins/minerals outside of B-vitamins is incredibly stupid.

    Was a typo on my part, supposed to read ranges from 25-50k IU. Do i really need to extrapolate on why doctors prescribe high doses of VitaminD to patents with hormone issues? Cmon....
