12g Vitamin C every day lol..
2x 1000mg chewable tablets with every meal (usually have 6 meals per day), this is usually the highlight of my day eating these. Tastes good man.

are you trying to target a particular disease? Absorptive efficiency of vitamin C drops significantly as you up the dosage. If you are going to megadose, at least I would recommend doing so at 400-500mg max for each dosing.
