Duke or VAPump? Duke you can write his name in the PM box and send it to him. At least I have before.
Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis Awareness Week until the 7th.
There's no known cause but environmental factors seem to trigger it. It seems to really be a western disease. Genetic. Noone in my family has had it. But my kids might get it later in life. I'd be wise to educate them about it, and not enable them to stuff their face with junk foods.BLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

It will likely get worse in other places as they become more westernised & their foods get loaded with endless chemicals & become processed more-although we don't know what causes Crohns/UC/IBS etc-we know that diet & lifestyle factors can play a big role in reducing the symptoms for the majority of people. For me & most people it is eliminating wheat, gluten & lactose products, or at least reducing your consumption of them that has the greatest effect.
It is good to try to make people more aware-many have little understanding of the problems these conditions can cause. They think it means you have an upset stomach & it will clear up within a few hours-they don't appreciate thsi stuff is there all the time at various levels of discomfort/pain & bad flare-ups can last for days.
One thing that is not worthy of an awareness campaign is this nonsense-

Well I'm home from work, which was terrible. Last week my computer broke down and the guy came and took it away to rebuild ( ) so in the meantime I had to use the spare, which didn't have this particular program on it that I use all day every day. So the IT Dept remotely installed it. Then the guy brought my computer back yesterday afternoon but it needs that same program installed and IT Dept can't understand that its two different computers, because I was using the other one. So all day I've been "office junior", filing, photocopying
On another note, I'm sure you all know that the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant. She knew one day her prince would cum**** Atheist Alliance ****

Well world, get ready for the clean and sober DS. And by "world" I mean the new sea. If I post drunk again, I'll take a permaban (said on 1st page). damn serious, drinking while on the computer is old, and I believe it's kinda gay looking at it now.
Early Christmas came to DS and his sibs - my dad got my big bro a Vitamix, me that GLOCK 23 I pick up tomorrow and I'm sure my little sis will get what she wants. We'll be meeting at moms the 22nd or 23rd and let's see her try to top what daddy gave us huh, huh, huh?

The same as usual-get up, urinate, shower, shave, breakfast, defecate, do the washing, eat more breakfast, surf the web, watch some cricket, eat dinner, wash up, read, etc.

Jimbob you mean on Christmas week? As someone who spends alot of time, maybe more than you, surfing the web, I gotta say it's great to have family things going on around this time of year. Nothing like this time of year!

Getting my Glock 23 this afternoon!!!!! We're drawing names with the coworkers this morning. Whoever we draw, we gotta get a gift for them. Just it's 5 of us altogether. Kinda like the sea, at work. Whoeever works front (me or one girl, mostly me, I know what I'm doing ) gets to surf their fb quite a bit lol, or bb in my case.
Kids are gonna have an awesome Christmas. What a good year. Only thing that could make it the perfect year would be going up 50K or so points in reps.... *sigh*........... ** ................................. *sigh* ................ .................................................. ........ *waits*BLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

Dad already got it for me and gave me my new Glock, it came in a steel carry case, 2 mags, some booklets and a steel brush which I doubt I'll use to clean it. Not loaded, but you should always treat a gun as if loaded and never aim it at someone or something unless you want to shoot it's ass. Sage advice given to me long ago. You gotta use a hell of a grip to cock this baby. Maybe I'm not used to Glocks or am just getting old-ish. I don't know looks like a mighty fine piece, although I'm no hardcore gun enthusiasts...yet.
