    Too much sodium?!

the 3 slices of pizza im gonna eat contains a total of 2,610 mg of sodium . is that way too much added to the rest of the things i eat through out the day? the rest of my meals aren't too high in it though.

and another small question, is pizza pwo okay as long it fits ma macros?

    sodium + carbs + water = glycogen.
High sodium isn't really an issue if you keep it consistently high along with your water intake.

However an occasion bump like this(an extra 2.6g randomly) without bumping water as well could cause you to bloat some.. but it'll level out.

The human body needs sodium to survive OP. 2.6k is fine, unless your finding that you bloat easily.

I consume between 4-5000mg per day on average. Just make sure you keep your fluid intake high

I mentioned glycogen because high amounts of sodium allow for high amount of it.. and this is a bodyubilding forum.. glycogen fills your muscles up, which a bodybuilder wants.

Sodium and health problems is dependent on your lifestyle.
ex: I sweat my ass off with cardio and a dry sauna 6 days a week, so I require more than the average lifter just to avoid being depleted of it.

    makes sense.
i go to the gym 4 times a week 1-1hour 30 min sessions. aside that i don't do much, but again i have a fast metabolism (not super fast but I'm a teen so yea) would say 3,500 mg be too much for me?

average intake is around 2g.. a little more for athletes.
Just try to keep the water level consistent with how much sodium you take in regularly.

Experiment and see what works best for you.
