My ab work is weighted cable crunches done standing.
Cardio? When I get some running shoes I'm definitely running again because these shoes make my pinky toes skin come off.

Diet
I try to hit 150 grams of protein daily
I take 6 grams of fish oil
2 tbsp. of poppyseed dressing
This is my minimum fat intake
1 can of vegetables ( usually green beans )
I don't really care about any thing else and most days I should be hitting somewhat the minimum of what I posted above.
Supplements: vitamin D and magnesium.
Goal for this log: Really just to keep my self to remember the title of this thread. I should be 135 lbs. by the end of this starting from about 150 lbs. now.

Day 21
The gym is closed due to the hurricane, so diet will have to be spot on. Im counting from 21 days because that's how long it is said to form a new habit. Pretty sure the gym will be open on Thursday so I will start from there. Every day the diet will be pretty spot on, if any thing is different though, it'll be posted the next day.
Edit: Improvised home workout, didn't do much because I was bored to death with the selection
Chinups
20 x 8
BW X 8
BW x 8
Pushups
35 pushups
dumbell curls
20 x 12
20 x 12
Note: Dieting is all mental in my opinion, you look at the mirror and see you're not where you want to be so you try to diet and change that and people usually put most emphasis on, do the diet, and there, success. That's one part of it, for me though now, dieting will be all about mental dieting. Im going to nurture my thinking more instead of just my habits that I do physically. Nurturing your mentality will probably result in far more success than just trying to follow some guidelines.
Cliffs:
Condition your mind, dont just diet the body.
Diet the internal mind to show the external reflection you want.
Changing your mentality matters more than adjusting your diet.
Everything is accomplished in your mind, dont fool yourself into thinking it's the actions.Last edited by Emdad; 10-29-2012 at 05:58 PM.
