brb blood pressure skyrockets
brb repeated stress on tendons, ligaments and connective tissue
brb weakens bones
brb brain aneurysm, myocardial infarction and stroke
brb becoming paralyzed because i wanted to squat 155 lbs
don't even run on the treadmill its bad for your knees. just go on the stationary bike for like 20 minutes a day to stay toned
My doctor, Dr. Ips is a physician and he told me all of this while i went in to check an oozing pustule on my nutsack
Also LOL at the protein reccomendations that are thrown around this site. BRB YOU NEED 1-2g/lb of bw
The RDA is .5g per KG of bw and that is more than double the actual required amount to live on daily. good luck with your kidney disease and stones of 2013

Flawless logic. Going to recycle my 45 plates to make it into something more aesthetic.

I will do that old codger, and will be in far better health then you. I practice precision form and safety, as directed by the same person who helped me get through my knee injury (which happened playing sports, not lifting). My tendons will be stronger then yours, muscles far more flexible, most likely far superior overall internal health and skin health due to my extremely healthy dietary intake and high water intake. My resting heart rate will be far lower then yours because my heart is much stronger, I could go on for days.
Come talk to me when you are intelligent enough to go beyond listening to the opinion of one moron who went through med school and justifies his claims as if he is god of the universe, obviously a pseudo scientist.

There is an 83 year old woman at my gym who has been lifting for 25 years now. She looks 10-15 years younger than my grandmother whos 70 nonlifter.

Yeah, while you boys are at it, quit sports too.
BRB countless more knee, ankle and back injuries from 2 years of wrestling, soccer and basketball than from over 4 years of lifting.
And by countless more, I actually mean 0 injuries from lifting.
Lol actually most studies show weight training is more beneficial.
Especially the aged. They found weightlifting old people (60+) had 4X the quadriceps strength than nonlifting brethren at that point.5.0 crew
