    Cutting/cardio with rippetoes?

    Hey guys

I used to workout regualrly and had a decent physique and strength. I havent stepped in a gym in about ayear now and im fat and weak! Earlier ripptoes did wonders for me. Considering that my conditioning and strength is about the level of a newbie now, can I do ripptoes with cardio and a slightly reduced calorie diet and expect strength gains?

Yes. Gains won't be as good as they would be if you were in a caloric surplus, but yes to your question
