Hello all!
I started my keto diet last Monday and thought I would go ahead and put it all down in a journal here.
My first goal is to hit 200 Lbs and then I'll re-evaluate and see where I want to go from there.
Start Weight: 222
Current Weight: 216
Start BF: 25%
Current BF: 19%
Start Pants Size: 38"
Current Pants Size: 36" (loose)
Supplements:
Whey Protein
Fish Oil
Multi
Potassium
Raspberry Ketones
The first week went excellent. I only did a small carb load on Friday evening. I'm not sure that I'll even go to a full carb load. I may just keep it to Friday evenings. I lost an average of .8 Lbs a day last week. Great stuff so far!

Well great!!! I was feeling a little sick yesterday and this morning I wake up with a 100.9 temp and a raw throat. It hurts to drink so I'm sure it's gonna hurt to eat. Looks like I'm living on sugar free jello today. :-(

1/4 cup unslated peabuts
1 sugar free jello cup

6 oz top sirloin steak (seared in butter and oil)
1 cup french cut green beans
Cals.430/ Carbs 10/Fat 21/Protein 46
Snack
3 Tbsp peanut butter
Cals. 295/Carbs 11/Fat 24/Protein 12

Cals. 1520/Carbs (net) 21/Fat 116/Protein 107
It was a light day because there was no workout. I usually got more greens too, but I didn't have any available today.Weight Loss:

Felt much better this morning and was able to get on the treadmill for a 40 min. walk before work. It felt great!!! Those two days of no exercise were killing me mentally. I hate missing workouts, even when sick. I was also down another 0.6 Lbs this morning for a new weight of 214.8. Lookin good!

Well, the weekend went well. I only did a half a day carb load on Friday as I planned. Seems to be enough for me because I really don't see any drop in energy throughout the week. I'm going to add some weights in this week though. So things might change. Just gonna listen to my body. I haven't lost any more weight yet but I'm just gonna keep pushin. It'll give soon.
