Alright guys, here is the recipe I came up with for the Cinnamon Rolls. Posted these before in the last MEN thread, but made some very slight changes (mainly just brand of protein):
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Spray a 12 x 18 x 1 Jelly Roll pan with PAM or grease. Pan is like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Wilton-Jelly-R.../dp/B0000CFMLC
Ingredients for Bread/Roll part:
2 cups Kashi GoLean Cereal
2 Scoops Trutein Cinnabun
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
Cinnamon
2 tbsp Splenda
~1 - 1.5 cups water to reach desired consistency of batter. You want it to be like a thicker pancake/waffle batter consistency
I put everything in my Ninja Blender, and Blended it up until it was a smooth, batter-like consistency. Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly to all edges of the pan. Place in Oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until it is completely cooked through and no longer gooey in the middle, yet not super 'firm'. Remove pan from oven and let cool for a bit.
For the frosting/icing, mix 2 scoops of trutein Cinnabun, some Splenda (optional), Cinnamon and about 4-5oz of liquid (I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk) to create a frosting/sludge consistency. Once mixed, spread evenly across the top of the entire bread in pan and sprinkle Cinnamon evenly across icing. Starting from one of the skinny ends of the pan, slowly roll up the bread tightly into one long Cinnamon Roll.
Bump up the oven to 400 Degrees F, and place the roll back in the oven for about 5 minutes or so to firm it up a bit more and help it hold its form.
Remove from oven and cut into even rolls and Enjoy! I cut into 6 rolls, spacing the cuts about every 2 inches.
After baking and spreading icing, and before rolling up:
All rolled up:
Final Product, cut into individual rolls:

I got impatient and winged some cinnamon rolls while waiting on bigboiluke.
Wrap:
5 egg whites whipped until stiff peaked
Scoop peanut butter cookie protizyme whey
1 scoop golden flax
Baking powder
Splenda, cinnamon
Filling:
100g FFGY
Cinnamon
8g Vanilla SF/FF jello
Sweeten to taste
Fold whites into other ingredients, spread onto parchment paper, bake at 350 for about 12 minutes, let cool. It'll look like a giant flat pancake after a few mins.
Apply filling and roll up, chill and cut!
Edit: thanks bigboiluke!^^Last edited by Beerandon; 10-04-2012 at 09:24 AM. Reason: Addendum

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup pumpkin
Sweetener of choice (although I don't recommend liquid)
Pumpkin pie spice
Vanilla
Throw it all in a blender, blend until smooth. Transfer to Tupperware or whatever and let freeze.
I didn't let it freeze long enough (only like about an hour) so mine was like a really thick custard...still very good. the outlet edges started to freeze and seemed to have a good consistency, but I can't vouch for it because I was impatient. Delicious non the lessI don't have time to lift - I make time.

There's one of these not too far from me, but I've never been. How's their pumpkin bagel? Einstein's was pretty disappointing, so I'm still searching for a decent pumpkin offering on the bagel front. The one with the crumble topping was okay (mostly because the crumble topping was good), but still not very pumpkin-y.

“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
