Left Handed Pitching Mechanics

I have decided to have Dylan wait until next year to tryout for his college baseball team. He needs more time to get back into pitching and get a feel for the game. We took him out onto a field and had him throw off of the mound. This is the first time he's done so since he received his heart transplant a few years ago, but overall it has been roughly 5 years total since he's actually pitched. He was a standout pitcher in high school before his heart failure prevented him from playing anymore and we intend to get back the years he had to miss. Here is the link to his latest pitching video:
