Sounds awesome. I'm not sure how much I can realistically lose this week only because I started on creatine this past week. But I'm hoping to hit 137 by end of this week, and at least 132 by end of August.
Current:
July 22, 2012 - Weight: 138.6 lbs
End of July Goal:
July 31, 2012 - 137 lbs
End of August Goal:
August 31, 2012 - 132 lbs

Had a phenomenal workout last evening -- shoulders and arms, to failure, followed by a good run and then some elliptical.
Consumed 1862 calories, burned 376 calories. So, about 86 calories over my 1400 goal, but it's a marathon, not a sprint.
Today is legs day. Should be fun -- I'm excited. I'd like to do a run afterwards, but if that's not possible, perhaps do some intense rowing for half hour.

7/23: 168.6
7/31: 166.0
How: Eating 1750 cal/day 6 days a week. Eat 2800 cal on saturday [refeed, ~100 above maintenance - currently experimenting on leptin. Last month I ate 1900/day 7 days a week. This month I ate 1750/day 6 days a week and 2800 1 day a week]
[2800+(1750*6)=1900*7]
Same weekly deficit.
Full body workout 3x a week, lifting heavy.
Cardio 3 times a week, 2 HIIT sessions, 1 extended cardio session (hike a round trip of 5 miles, ascending 2000 feet)
Aug 15 [Friend visiting from Aug 7-Aug15. I will probably fail on my diet/training for the gain of showing him a good time]: I begin my final month cutting stack: YHCL, DCP, & Eviscerate Smolder. I will be doing 1-2 hours of LISS 7 days a week, fasted with the YHCL. Heavy lifts 3 days a week.
Aug 22: Cortisol should be high, beginning abliderate advanced.
Sept 15: 160lbs ~10%bf and then it is bulking time.Last edited by Lacrosse_Skate; 07-24-2012 at 02:15 PM.

Readjusting my goal.... Kinda.
Old goal was 154 by the 31st, weighed in at 153 today. So now I'm starting to reverse diet. I'll still be in a deficit for the next 2 weeks or so, so I'll aim for NO MORE THAN 1 more pound lost by month's end. I have 2 half marathons coming up and the calorie restriction is really getting to my legs now. Sleep deprivation and having 30+ pounds strapped to my body every day is compounding the issue. Time to eat more food.
