I was real glad I decided to stick with it.
No Beast Mode today, just cardio. Did 20 minutes HIIT on bike. I was pretty tired before this having just came in from 18 holes of Disc Golf.
My legs are pretty sore but not as bad as I expected. Of course tomorrow could tell a different tale.

Never used a Pre for cardio. Always have tried to save it for weights only
Back at it today. 2 scoops of Beast Mode. Very energized but no tingles today.
Back/Calves
Lat Pulldown --- 180x8,200x6,210x6,220x5
Rack Pulls --- 295x6,345x5,365x3,365x2
One Arm DB Row --- 115x6,115x6,115x6,115x6
Bar Shrug --- 225x8,275x6,275x6,275x6
Behind the Back Bar Shrug --- 225x6,225x10,225x6
HIIT Bike x 10 min
No calves today, had to get back to work but did squeeze in 10 min HIIT. Also decided to change it up a little today and add in Rack Pulls. Had been probably a year or more since I've done these so I was glad to put up the weight I did today.Workout is no longer optional!!!

Well Friday was a rest day.
Saturday was a crazy day, I actually had to split workout up and get a little creative to get it all in due to family obligations.
Shoulder/Triceps
DB Shoulder Press --- 35x8,35x12,35x12,35x12,35x12
DB Lateral --- 15x12,15x12,15x12,15x12,15x12
Bent DB Lateral --- 20x12,20x12,20x12,20x12
Tricep Pushdowns --- 90x8,100x8,110x8,70x12,60x15,120x5,60x15,30x50,40x 50
Started with my usual 2 scoops of Beast Mode. I usually like to be on routine and stick with it so today was definitely an anomaly for me but I figure at least I got some work done.Workout is no longer optional!!!

I have been very pleased with my workouts the last couple of weeks and have felt great pushing heavier weights. However, my recuperation has not seemed up to par and honestly I have been very exhausted and dragging the last couple of days. Decided to back off a bit this week and see if that makes a difference.
Started with the usual 2 scoops of Beast Mode. No real tingles today, but pretty good energy especially considering how tired I've been feeling.
Chest/BI/Calves --
Decline Press --- 235x6,235x5,185x6,185x6,185x6
Incline DB Press --- 60x8,60x8,60x8,60x8
Incline Flye --- 35x8,35x8,35x8
Close Grip Bench --- 115x8,115x8,115x8,115x8
Straight Bar Curl --- 95x6,95x6,95x6,95x6
Concentration Curls --- 15x15 -- 15x15 -- 15x15 -- 15x15 only rested long enough to do the other arm
Seated Calf Raises --- 90x12 -- 90x12 -- 90x12 -- 90x12 only 2 to 3 sec rest between sets, just long enough to take a deep breath and crank out 12 more.
Felt better today, got a very good bump with the concentration curls and the seated calf raises but reducing rest breaks. Honestly wasn't sure I was even going to finish cranking out the last set of curls.Workout is no longer optional!!!

Thats what I've been thinking. Trying not to let the week get me down and stay motivated to push it again next week.
Yesterday was a rest day. Ended up spending the day with extended family and honestly even though I was still tired at the end of the day it felt good and relaxing.
Today started with 2 scoops Beast Mode. Again no tingles today. Good focus. Average energy.
Legs
Leg Press --- 455x8,405x8,405x8,405x8,405x8
Hack Squat --- 225x8,225x8,225x8,225x8
Romanian DL --- 185x8,185x8,185x8,185x8
Leg Ext --- 180x8,180X8,180X8,180X8
Leg Curl --- 90x8,90x8,90x8,90x8
Changed it up a little today. Like Monday I dropped the weights a bit, Monday I tried to really focus on contraction and full rom and honestly I really felt the response yesterday. So I did the same today and rotated the first 2 exercises. Felt a much better pump and really focused on controlling the movement instead of a quick ballistic lift. Also tried to keep rest between sets to 30 secs or less to keep pace up.
Hope to finish the week out with these changes and feel ready to hit it hard again next week.Workout is no longer optional!!!

It is impossible to be on every day and if someone says that they are always on, they Lie! On the days that you are lethargic, it is good to try different stuff. On my chest day a few weeks ago, my push wasn's as good, so I tried every variation of Flyes that I could think of, with minimal pushing excercises. I ended up getting a kickass workout out of doing it.

Thursday was off day
Friday and Saturday morning both I went walking with my wife and kids at local track. It was a brisk pace but nothing too strenuous. Felt good to be doing at least some exercise with the family though.
Now for the weights. Friday night started with 2 scoops of Beast Mode. Had a little BA Tingles nothing too intense, mostly in my arms.
Back/Calves
Lat Pulldown --- 170X8,170x8,170x8,170x8
Bent Bar Rows --- 115x10,135x8,155x8,175x8
The rest of the exercise I did with 5 secs or less rest between sets and no more than 10 secs between exercises
One Arm DB Row --- 60x8 -- 60x8 -- 60x8 -- 60x8
Bar Shrug --- 185x8 -- 185x8 -- 185x8 -- 185x8
Behind the Back Bar Shrug --- 185x8 -- 185x8 -- 185x8
Seated Calf Raises --- 115x12 -- 115x12 -- 115x12 -- 115x12
Had a really good pump going especially after I cut the rest and really picked up the pace. Felt a little more energy today too. Maybe getting back to form.
Saturday night started with 2 scoops of Beast Mode. No real BA Tingles today. But very focused and energized. That says a lot today too after I had spent all afternoon at pool with kids. I felt pretty wiped when I came home but knew I had to get this workout in. I kept pace very fast with rest of 5 secs of less between all exercise and no more than 10 secs between exercise for entire workout.
Shoulder/Triceps
DB Shoulder Press --- 40x10 -- 40x12 -- 40x10 -- 30x10 -- 30x10
DB Lateral --- 15x12 -- 15x12 -- 15x12 -- 15x12 --15x12
Bent DB Lateral --- 20x12 -- 20x12 -- 20x12 -- 20x12 -- 20x12
Skullcrushers --- 65x8 -- 65x8 -- 65x8 -- 65x8
Ovrhd Tricep Press --- 45x8 -- 45x8 -- 45x8 -- 45x8
Tricep Pushdown --- 70x10 -- 80x10 -- 90x8 -- 100x8
Actually felt great today. Tremendous pump too. Made a change to the skullcrushers. I had been doing these with EZ Curl bar but switched to a straight bar today. This made me pronate my wrists more and I really needed this on my R as it has been very tight since I had cracked a bone in it a while back.Workout is no longer optional!!!

Thanks Bro!! Have had some sluggish days along the way but Beast has really helped with that.
No kidding. I caught a Lot of Hell from my wife for not taking the day off. But honestly I did feel better and was very glad I didn't
I did end up staying away from the weights for the next few days and just did some light cardio though.
Picked back up on Tuesday. I had decided to start a different program this week and as usual I started with 2 scoops of Beast Mode. No tingles today but good focus and energy. Some bad news though. I'm finally hitting the bottom of the container. CRAP!!!!!
Bis/Tris/Forearms
Close Grip Bench --- 135x7,165x7,175x6,185x5
Nosebreakers --- 75x7,95x6,95x7,95x7
Dips --- BWx7,BWx6,BWx6,BWx5
EZ Bar Curl --- 85x8,105x8,105x8,105x6,105x6

Conc Curl --- 20x8,20x8,20x8,20x8 only rest long enough to do the other arm
Rev Curl --- 45x10,55x10,55x10,55x10
Behind the Back Wrist Curl --- 115x10 -- 115x10 -- 115x10 -- 115x10 -- 115x10 5 secs or less between sets
Tremendous pump!!!! Feel like I can't even bend my arms by the end of the workout.
Wednesday
Start with 2 scoops of Beast Mode. I had worked all day and was very tired today, I knew if I didn't get straight to it it wasn't going to happen. Especially since it was leg day. Again no tingles, but it definitely gave me the energy to get in the gym.
Hack Squat --- 225x8,245x8,265x8,285x8,295x6
Leg Ext --- 225x8,225x8,225x8,225x8
Leg Curl --- 115x6,90x8,90x8,90x8
Calf Raise --- 495x10,495x10,495x10,495x10,495x10
Didn't set any records today but at least I got through it. I did focus more on form and full rom today. Like yesterday the pumps were amazing!!! I try to go heavy on my legs when I can but I don't think I've every gotten a pump like I did today. Glad I got this workout in.Workout is no longer optional!!!

Final Summary
I know I'm a bit late with my final summary, but honestly I've been in a state of depression because I have no more Beast Mode. This stuff is amazing!!!!!
On the whole each workout I had tremendous energy even on days I honestly had no desire to be there but ended up kicking out some good workouts once this stuff kicked in. Mega Pumps especially on higher rep days and when I did super and compound sets. The BA tingles were very intense, feeling sometimes like my skin was crawling all over my body. Beast Mode is very easily mixed and a huge bang for the buck. Only downside I had was the taste. It wasn't horrible by any means but not the best thing I had ever tasted either. Of course I understand there are some new and improved flavors coming as some point to fix this.
I know Beast Mode isn't primarily focused on increasing strength but it definitely fueled my workouts and I was able to increase my intensity enough to see some good changes. The most noticeable may have been in my Bench. My max in the Decline Bench was about a year ago at 235 and my normal working sets were at 185. Now my max has increased to 265 and my working sets are up to 235. This really has said it all for me as I have struggled my whole life to try to increase my bench.
Last but not least I've been without Beast Mode for a little over a week now and can definitely see the difference. To say I miss it is an understatement.
Definitely give this stuff a try. I've always said that what works for one may not work for another. Everyone is different, but I think this definitely worth while enough to give it try and find out first hand!!!
Thanks again for the opportunity to try this out. You've definitely earned a customer in me.Workout is no longer optional!!!
