The dip bar at my gym kind of angles, like a /\ shape. I put my hands to the closer area.
That trap/spinal erector pain was a way bigger injury than I though. Was in a lot of pain even the day I did chest, and even now it's not 100%. Finally went in for some chest, will hit back lightly tomorrow and see how I feel. Felt good to take that time off though, shoulder pain is gone, dat over training?

First back day since the initial injury, first non-chest day too lol (I snuck an arm day in at once point but didn't even bother to record it, it's just arms). Won't lie, I was really nervous about this workout since I didn't want to aggravate it.
