    Idk if you already do this, but what helped me on dips was keeping my elbows as tucked as possible, and using a more narrow grip. I also think they're best done on the captain's chair instead of the one with the swivel handle things

    The dip bar at my gym kind of angles, like a /\ shape. I put my hands to the closer area.

    That trap/spinal erector pain was a way bigger injury than I though. Was in a lot of pain even the day I did chest, and even now it's not 100%. Finally went in for some chest, will hit back lightly tomorrow and see how I feel. Felt good to take that time off though, shoulder pain is gone, dat over training?

    Every set was really hard after the pull ups. I find that pull down motions (the hammerstrength machine is between a row and a pull down) don't bug my trap, but rows do. Even those cable rows didn't feel that good.

    Thanks! I just try to focus on the big 3 (and weighted pull ups and OHP when my trap is better) then add from there everything is bonus.
