Oh the klokov's made it in. Its a very gnarly movement for sure. Ive only managed 225lb for a single then had an epic fail droping the bar from an overhead position to the floor.

My wife just came over and goes "Omg look at your arms... you are getting really ripped... you aren't going to get much skinner are you? It might start to look weird if you do." as she was feeling me up.
And made another video.
If one of you gents we be so kind as to bump the thread I link a couple posts up I would be appreciative.

Fighting all the way to the end. 100% effort given. If I don't crush this contest and someone outdoes me it will not be because I failed in any way, as I know I literally gave 100%, busted my ass day in and day out, and used 100% of the knowledge I possess... it will simply be because someone else was better than me... had deeper reserves to pull from and more knowledge.

Video quality and sound is looking spot on! Usually the sound puts me off from watching the video, this is brilliant!

The scale has hardly budged in this final month, but the mirror has, so I am just rolling with it. My fat loss has actually exceeded my expections going into this contest. I honestly didn't think I would be sub 210-215 lbs.
Thanks Nico, and I'm cranking out videos pretty fast right now, check them out, click like if you want, share them etc. Gained like 15 subscribers in the last 24 hours too.

How do you set up your metabolic full body work? Thinking about starting this myself, move from 3 day FB to 4 day FB with 2 metabolic days

Mine are pretty straight forward I just select specific lifts, and combinations of lifts, with enough overlap to ensure every single muscle in my body gets worked completely with enough metabolic fatigue to both hit the majority of available motor units, with the workloads used (which are around 60-70% intensity, a little less on front squats), and to train additional glycogen storage. Primary work tends to be 5x10, but some of my secondary lifts, that I am just adding in to ensure total development and stimulation in muscles and muscle heads that might be lagging from the primary work, I do 3x10 with very short breaks. I'm being very careful to make sure my weakpoints are getting addition workload and volume in there in order to train them to pump up a bit more leading into the final pictures.
When I switch over to recomping, due to needing to look good for my youtube in the future, I'll probably maintain a single metabolic fatigue day like this becuase the storage factors of metabolic work, like most trained responses take about 2 weeks to start largely detraining, so a weekly metabolic workout will be enough to keep the glycogen storage trained, with the other days then focused on more tissue hypertrophy and neural gains.
