Those.^ But also, one would assume that he's one of these guys who doesn't really bulk (ever), and uses juice to stay shredded year round. As a result, it's likely that he doesn't eat enough, so he looks a lot bigger and fuller on cycle where he adds a little mass and looks more pumped/vascular etc, but doesn't make any REAL gains so he shrinks once he's off cycle.

He said on the second pic he was sick for a while after he posted that or something, And iv'e never really heard from him bulking a while if he would bulk until you cant see his abs maybe longer than 7 month or so he would look alot bigger but he just wants his abs visible all year round.
