Been lifting now for three years. Started to lift because of football/rugby and haven't stopped since. I have a decent frame to put some muscle onto (6'1) and I've been thinking I might try and put another 5 lbs of lean mass on. Here my transformation! Hope it can motivate some to start and others to finish!
First shot @~180 second is @ 208
Cheers

Appreciate all the feedback! My diet has been pretty inconsistent over the years thb. I play university football so during the season I eat whatever I really want haha (4 practices + game+ 3 lifts) is enough to burn off most of what I dont need. Out of season I usually try to eat 4-5 meals a day. Last few months have looked something like this meal wise:
Meal 1: 3 eggs, bowl of oatmeal and banana/orange
Meal 2: Usually chicken at this point with some veggies (generally sweet potato to get some carbs)
Meal 3: Full serving of non-fat greek yogurt with granola/fruit
Meal 4/5: Chicken breast/fish fillet and a salad
Snacks (2 or 3 depending on meal #)- Protein shake, piece of fruit, almonds
I have a really easy time gaining weight so I try to watch what I eat, and I try to cut out most carbs after noon usually. If I eat dirty for a couple weeks I'll pick up a ridiculous amount of BF compared to some of my leaner buds.Bench- 325
