My medial head of my triceps are lacking..I need help....
I know the medial head uses of a combination of exercises but I want some isolation exercises that you can prefer...

I'd thought that the long head was neglected in those since you need to bring the arm up to stretch it properly.
As for medial/lateral, they're both elbow extensors that cross a single joint. If one were woking harder than the other wouldn't things get out of whack?
Am trying to understand diff between them and the medialis/lateralis vasti.
