Shouldn't have done that bro.
If you're getting 25 mg from your multi then you are getting more zinc then you'll ever need.
Remember micronutrients aren't like protein etc. more isn't better, it's easy to get in too much and that's not good for you at all.
The upper limit is set to 40 mg/day, so getting 75 mg is definetly not recommended.
I would strongly sugest just sticking to your multi, 25 mg is a large amount, you don't need anymore, you are probably also taking in a good amount in your diet.

You're getting plenty through your multivitamin.
30mg daily should be the max.
Also, by supplementing with Zinc alone you are putting yourself at risk of copper depletion.
Since Zinc and Copper work hand in hand with eachother.
Many other vitamins behave similarly. You start over taking one and it depletes it's partner.
Which will result in problems further down the road.

Look into a ZMA this should be safe to take with a multivitamin. Just do not take this with any calcium because they can block eachother out. I take my ZMA before my workout and than my multivitamin at night with my shake or last meal. If you are looking to raise test levels start with a ZMA and than work your way into something like D-Pol and so on.

Can Zinc make you lose your hair or make male pattern baldness worse since it increases test levels during sleep?

ZMA can make you sleep better but the problem with that is night time is the best time to absorb healthy fats and proteins. I drink a protein shake before bed so I cannot take the ZMA because of the calcium. Now if you do not drink a shake or eat any dairy at night feel free to take the ZMA and reap the sleep benefits Hope this helps!
