That's what I suspected!
Unless fried chicken is prepared in hydrogenated oils (trans fats) it's not particularly bad for you, it can be very calorie dense! I hope you are not particularly afraid of sat fats, they are also not bad for you per se.
You didn't post your TEE and the energy intake you are shooting for, but you don't have to be so restrictive in your food choices. Basically you want to make sure you meet your macro/micro nutrients minimums and fill the rest of your energy intake with whatever you enjoy.
Go to the stickies at the top of the forum and learn to calculate your energy needs, then learn to compose a diet that is varied and enjoyable. You'll be surprised how easy it is and how much variety you can add! Let us know if you have any problems.

I eat extremely clean, almost entirely. I stick to foods like:
Protein
eggs, chicken, turkey, pork, lean beef, greek yogurt, salmon, tuna, tilapia
Carbs
oats, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato
Fats
olive oil, almonds, walnuts, peanut butter, avocado, sunflower seeds
I can go in depth on meals and recipes if you want, just let me know

Macros are macros.
The clean analogy being used to describe fried chicken/takeaway food etc is brotrition.
Eating 'clean foods' has no impact on body fat, it's entirely a function of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) regardless of what one's diet is comprised of.
Is the composition of one's diet going to male a difference to micro nutrient and fiber intake etc (assuming no supplementation)?
Of course, but that's something entirely different. You'll have to speak up, I'm wearing a towel.
