    About once every 2-3 months i go to a buffet and slam on everything i can possibly eat. And about once a month me and my dude go get all you can eat bacon and pancakes at a local joint. Generally that, other than holidays, is when i pig out (with what i want). But on a regular basis, every day i eat all i can possibly eat, but of healthy foods

    once per month when bulking, once every 2 weeks when cutting. call me retarded lol. i figure i could easily make up for it in cardio and diet on a cut, rather than on a bulk where ill have to hold on to excess fat for months at a timee. it works fine for me lol.

    I used to do this everyday. If i do this now, it would be more or less considered a relapse. (recently celebrating 6 months clean/sober/purging free)

    VERY rarely. a year ago i would eat til i got physically sick maybe once every month or two. i don't know if i had an ED, but if i didn't, i was close.
    these days ill get dat dere food baby/discomfort from overeating once every few months, but no more binging.
