    I started at 13% as well.
    I unintentionally re-comped at some points which is probably why I'm still "lean".
    It'd be nice to see how much mass I truly have after cutting.

    Bulking = a grueling task for me to get all the calories.
    Cutting is so easy it doesn't even make sense lol. I can be full after 1800 calories =[

    In for another bulk. And the fact that you managed to still have a decent bf% after 12 months is insane. You usually see that with recomps, but in your case, you managed fine.

    Honestly you and me are exactly the same weight. Well i think you are 182lbs i am 181lbs at the moment. Anyways you require what 3300 calories.

    I require at least 6000-7000 calories a day to gain weight. With my physical labour job

    Honestly its a phucking joke. I am at 4500 calories right now and i still need 1500 calories and i am full right now. Its so painful

    I am getting a new job soon though.

    Haha, pretty sure I need closer to 4000, I'm going to bump it up to 3600 first and see if I gain weight. I doubt 3400 will do much for me.

    I'm 5'7. I weigh 144-146 sometimes 148 depends on water retention, etc. I want to bulk till 160 at least. I know I can do more tho. I just have trouble eating alot.

    I know that feel all too well. I dropped a bit of the milk in my diet this week and i lost a pound or two

    Thanks for the advice. Definitely going to purchase some more milk. How do you do your lateral raises? Straight arm or do you slightly bend you arm? I do mine slightly bent. That's the only way I can move 25's lol.

    I go really light with them and arms pretty much straight. I'll start from the bottom with the dumbells by my side and lift them straight out until my arm can't raise any higher. the longer ROM seems to work it harder with a lot less weight and pain.

    Oooohhh...I usually do it with my arms slightly bent. I'll try that way tho. You hit your traps as well by increasing ROM, correct?

    I don't think it would do anything noticeable. traps need to be trained very heavy to grow IMO

    Yes, RP is rest pause.
    Routine is my own variation of madcows + starting strength + a lots of accessory lifts.
