Quick question: There would be nothing wrong if I did HIIT tonight at like 8:30? The pool at my uni is open for open swim then and my roommate wants to go and do some. Problem is my final meal is at 5 for IF, but some late night HIIT swimming couldn't hurt, right? I would only imagine it would kick my body into super fat burning holy shiiiiiiii mode, and not break down muscle

Boston Butt. Place in crock pot, cover with diet root beer, cook for 8 hours. When nice and tender (bone will pull out clean) either slice or pull. Add spices and enjoy. The longer you let it cool in the root beer before taking it out the sweeter it is. It will pull the RB in a bit.

Attempting a really long fast today...
Ate around 6:00 yesterday. Did cardio this morning at 8:30. Gonna go back and do weights around 4:30ish. Dosed EC @ 16 mg and 200 mg before cardio... Dosed again around 1 @ 8 mg and 100 mg. Xtend blueberry w/ cardio and weights...
Might go for a week or so with long fasts to see how it works out...

Just smashed legs - feels good brahs. Anyway, I posted a pic last night and it appears I'm a noob and never really trained dem abs? Did my first set of weighted crunches today and wholly chit, my entire upper abdomen cramped like I've never felt before. Couldn't do anymore abs because everytime I would crunch it would cramp again. First ab day, one set. feelsbadman
need your help cut detectives - is this cramping because I've never really directly trained them or is this a nutrient thing? I drink a sht ton of water but as my daily calories have dropped I've been noticing cramps in other areas while at the gym over the past few weeks (toes, calf, even chest once). Potassium appears to be in check as well. Wut gives?

checking in!!! still on dat cut from a damn dreamer bulk i went on... i went from 240 to 214. started in november and it feels good. finally am starting to see definition. excited for summer im going to keep on cutting until maybe till im 180 or so. macros look like this. 20g fat/ 50g carb/160-180g protein. sticking to about 1250 cals a day. the sups im taking are simple just animal cuts, one a day mens, and myofusion. lets keep it up brahs!!

anybody know that person that eats whatever the phuck he wants and stays shredded? phuck my mind is seriously blown. the trainers in my gym back home, theyre shredded and they eat WHATEVER i swear. feelsgoodman for them but feelsbadman for me. Ill post some pics of them hang on,, (theyre not on any sort of tech either; except chinesefoodtech errday, mad jelly.)

hnnnnnnnnngggg, just cooked some tilapia, 80g protein for 400 calories. I have about 600 calories left in this meal, I think I'm gonna make a couple whole wheat sandwiches to get my carbs up. this tilapia is so good though!
edit: For you guys bagging on the guy eating 1900 calories: I eat 1800-2000 at 190 lbs. Some people just have slow metabolisms lol.***SCC***

going to 1800 calories now. (srs). not gonna do cardio. only lift 6x per week. and on the 7th day, i'm going to do light cardio (medium paced walk). when i do weights, i'm going to try and sweat, and not take as many breaks in between sets.
i'm tired of being fat. time to see some abs. and then i'll bulk.GAME 6 + 7 = BOTH IN MIAMI.
