I just started a cycle of Monster Milk having switched away from another brand. I noticed that MM has some Creatine Mono built in. I also take Six Star Creatinex3. With the new MM blend should I stick with my X3 or am I getting enough Creatine from the MM?
Thanks,
Jon

Cycle? What? Look at the ingredient profile, you should be getting 5g a day.

OK, maybe I misused "cycle". I like trying different protein and creatine supplements, so when one
is done I try another company, I call that "cycling"; guess I'm searching for one that I like better
then the last. Anyway, that's not the point. Thanks Bulldog, you answered my question.
As far as "cycling" I only use Protein and Creatine, I don't use any other product.
