I'm never bulking again..
in april, i was at my best..
this weekend, i'm at my worst..
came to the conclusion this weekend that:
a) i don't have the self discipline to bulk correctly
b) i'm most likely never going to compete
c) because of b, i should just stick to a diet/lifestyle that i can maintain year-round
brb clothes don't fit
brb i don't look like i lift
brb contemplating jumping off a bridge

I gained a lotttt of muscle when I bulked
Decided the belly wasnt worth it tho
Started carb cycling...I feel good.

couldn't bulk correctly either. I did the ketogenic diet for 2 months and it taught me discipline with meals. I now constantly eat 3500+ cals a day. (only on week 1)

im on that dreamer bulk right now. Doing more of a powerlifitng thing and I had a gf so it didn't really matter if I was chubby. Now am single and thinking I need to cut.

don't give up. cut! i put on 25 pounds during a 'bulk' last year this time. then i got lazy because i had no motivation. i cut all summer and i still am. i'm definitely stronger from the bulk. just cut now and you'll see you're stronger and look better.
