I got a few 'bro' friends that also don't believe in squats/deadlifts to read the Fukarounditis article.
Too bad they immediately discounted the article because they said no way he can look that 'shredded' doing only squats and deadlifts without doing steroids. Ugh.
At least I got them to read it. That is a victory for me.I think 'Clean' and 'Dirty' when used in relation to food should be ***** out like curse words.

Said no to the offer of an ice-cream at like 9pm tonight as im on a strict clean diet and no junk food is allowed. Hate to say it guy's but Synthetic was right and I am actually swayed round to his way of thinking.

Had a bad accident a little while ago. Luckily got out with only a broken hand.
Recently started therapy on it. Got home to do the excersizes but couldn't, feels like the tendons are ripping out of the back of my hand. It's demeaning to be too weak to control a part of yourself. Frustrated/hurt me mentally.

Second week of consistent sticking to macros and lifting after being depressed and struggling with this
Doing a chapter of French grammar every day
Cleaned up kitchen this morning while everybody was still sleeping
Committed to make this month without presction med, so far so good
Now if only I can make myself jog tomorrow morning...

This stuff is the death of my cut. Last 2 weekends I've made sure to prep all week so I could fit a nite of drinking in with the guys on the weekend. Think I was doing fine until I got hammered and ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 3am....both weekends. FML. Planning on going again the next 2 weekends and hopin drunk me found some self control. lol

On Tuesday I finished my first 5.9+ route at my climbing gym. Big victory when you weigh 55 pounds more than your climbing partner and are trying to do a route that looks like someone glued halved almonds to the wall .
