schott makes good coats. you could also try Sterlingwear if you haven't already.

reading the reviews, this seems to be a bit tapered: http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/71372...e-wool-peacoat. cheaper alternative to the other two. LL Bean service is absolutely amazing, by the way. I ordered a jacket last weekend, got it Tuesday. ended up being too big, so I called them and sent back the jacket Wednesday, and I got my new one yesterday, the day after it shipped.

Bros, these Lands End tailored chinos are AWESOME. So comfortable and they fit great. Best $22 I've spent on a pair of pants, hands down. Will post some pics soon

I don't think that suit would look good outside of a club. It's too shiny. That flannel suit of yours is very nice though. I'm going to pick up some neutral flannel trousers when I get back to NJ and proper department stores.

Just got my DBs in, ordered the same size as my sperrys (8) and they're pretty loose around the ankle...is that normal? They're not loose on the sides or anything though

I agree, not a fan of shiny wool and thank you.

This is my first dabble into the world of flannel, other than a few PRL sport shirts. I feel like fawking Don Drapper in it, it's going to be great on cold winter days.

Nautica jacket (unsure if i like the loops on the shoulders but fits perfect), 3 button downs, and boots for $165.. Book was <$10, same author as one for BB, might even be same book just no leather hardcover


I also picked up another pair of bass weejuns burgundy, went up 1/2 size and got wide, and now they are too big they are 8 1/2 Wide.. i also have a pair of size 8 regular width i need to get rid of, PM me if interested/want pics.. so pissed have to get another pair now

edit: may as well edit this. The boots are Marc Ecko Grierson-Duoro, color = Luggage. Can be found online for 80, but I got em at Burlington Coat Factory (all that stuff is except the book) for $40.

those are all decent basic ones, i couldnt stand having a peacoat that baggy/roomy though, gotta get that slimmer fit or get one and have it tailored brah, make you look 100000000x better as compared to wearing a burlap sack'esque jacket lol
