    Routine help

I need some help with my workout routine. For the past 2 months I've been lifting at my local gym and have a routine I do which is pretty much around 12 random lifts. I need some advice on a routine I recently made. The routine I made up is Squat 5x5
    Bench 5x5
    Shoulder press 5,4,3,2,1
    Barbell bent over rows 5x5
    Leg press 3x10
    Assisted chin ups 3x10
    Lat pull down 3x10
    Dumbbell rows 3x10
    Bicep curl machine 3x10
    Ab crunch 3x15
    Tricep pull down 3x10
    Dumbbell press 3x10
    Calf raise 3x10
    Shoulder flys 3x10
    Barbell shrug 3x10
    Dumbbell curl 3x10
I have about an hour and 30 minutes maybe a bit more to workout and I'm going for more muscle strength right now and definition later. I need advice on which ones if these exercises I should cut and which ones I should do, thanks. Also I plan on changing my routine about every month or so to get some variety.

yeah.... that is a crap routine. Stop trying to make your own routine you lack knowledge and it's way beyond repair. You also don't need to be constantly changing routines, just pick one and stick to it until you stall for good.

    TRAINING

Start with a solid beginner routine, these are designed to get the most for you; they are designed by professionals and use progressive overload. Read through them and pick the one you like most, follow it as it is written.
