Yea love living in CA, but damn, looking at what $400k (which is nothing for here) gets you elsewhere, thats probably the biggest thing I'm missing.

in some parts of California, which i have posted on the previous page, 400k gets you ALOT. For example 400k up north gets you fully furnished 3000k sq ft house with 360 acres

this is complete bullsh!t missisauga is huge and it has nice places like (port credit) and the rest is average. 450k can get you an pretty decent house in missisauga www.mls.ca dont me acting like missisauga is the sh!t son.

In NJ 450k gets you nothing.

yeah it al depends on location, example being that house in north jersey costing 400+ would cost about 150-160 in south jersey...

In the New York metro area, 450k doesn't get you jack ****. The further you are from very urban areas, the more your money will get. My friend's family moved from Long Island to somewhere in the midwest, and got a house that was double the size for 2/3rd the price of their LI home.
