If you're doing a loading cycle right now, you don't need to for creatine to be effective.

Maybe you should stop wasting your parents money or your money on supplements and start eating actual food.
Better yet, maybe read a nutrition book and learn how the body works instead of being absorbed by supplement companies' marketing plan.

Then maybe you will not feel so bloated, just maybe.

What type of creatine are you taking and did you mean 10g or 10mg?

I personally like 5g a day of creatine, no need to take 10g.

Never understood this whole creatine bloating thing. But do not load, and if bloating continues, look into magnesium creatine chelate.

    Pls go.

If you actually read a nutrition book you would read that creatine is actually an organic acid naturally found in red meat.

    - Take less creatine - you only need around 3g a day (no more than 5g a day)

    - Drink more water - more water doesn't cause bloat (I know, it seems counter intuitive) but it actually reduces it.

What brand are you taking?is it creatine mono?
I plan to start soon at 3g daily with no loading time.
Drink plenty of water and check if ur carb intake is too high.
Some people do experience bloating but not so much that you cant eat. its a matter of finding the perfect balance between creatine, water and carb intake i believe.and perhaps decrease sodium???

The most common symptoms associated with bloating include pain in the abdominal cavity, chest pain, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and bloody or darkened stools. Others include difficulty swallowing or belching, abdominal fullness or indigestion, and excessive gas after eating or drinking. Unexplained weight loss can also be experienced as the amount of food ingested reduces due to a poor appetite and stomach discomfort. Stomach bloating also causes the body to feel fatigue, breathing problems, and pain.

Pains that are due to bloating will feel sharp and cause the stomach to cramp. These pains may occur anywhere in the body and can change locations quickly.[1] They are so painful that they are sometimes mistaken for heart pains when they develop on the upper left side of the chest. Pains on the right side are often confused with problems in the appendix or the gallbladder.

One symptom of gas that is not normally associated with it is the hiccup. Hiccups are harmless and will diminish on their own; they also help to release gas that is in the digestive tract before it moves down to the intestines and causes bloating. Important but uncommon causes of abdominal bloating include ascites and tumors.[2]
