    Peanut Cookies

Came up with another recipe, These taste great and have an awesome macro ratio for keto

    ingredients:
200g peanuts, 8 egg whites, and one 30g scoop protein powder
    Optional (3 tablespoons of cinnamon)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    liquid sweetner

put the nuts in the food proccessor, make them into a kind of flour, add the eggs, sweetner and cinnamon and then mix, lastly add the protein and that will make it thick.

Put in the oven and bake on 150 for about 15 minutes and Enjoy

im sure you could do this with peanut butter and a whisk too, they come out like regular cookies a bit heavy from the nuts but taste great

comes out to 1430kcal 103gp 104gf 18gc for the whole thing

    per serving its 290kcal 20gp 20gf 3.5gc

    Have Fun & Enjoy

Hey man, cookies look amazing will be making at the weekend.

1 question though with the protein powder does it matter if its whey or casein?

    Thanks.
