made my smoothie.

cinnamon, milk, yogurt, heavy cream, cocoa powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, water, ice, lemon peel, splenda

at first it tasted like cinnamon toast crunch. then once i got to the chia seeds at the bottom it tasted exactly like tapioca pudding. the chia seeds absorb water just like tapioca i guess because they had the exact same texture. was tasty.

by the way, that new poster/troll (i forget the name) followed me to one of my other threads in the misc section lol. i wonder who he/she is

i just used a bit. i didn't have much cream left and i need it for my omelet and coffee tomorrow morning

A friend at work made me a vanilla avacado protein smoothie today. Soooo good...

And really random observation, but I lurk on Atkins forum sometimes for good low-carb recipes, and ALOT of those posters are still relatively large. I could understand if they just joined, but some have memberships dating back to 2005. I know Atkins is aimed at 9-5 sedentary workers, but even so, how could this be?

my uncle was crazy drunk all the time,lol......atkins people are brainwashed, they dont follow the diet plans properly, they just get sucked into the glory of the diet and eat tons of foods and before they know it they are still fat and out of money, they should just do a real keto diet, not a wanna be keto(atkins) diet.

i took a power nap earlier, then woke up, remember, im a imsoniac, i have eratic sleep patterns, tonite is one, i just did 1 hr cardio and no liftting, i was too tired today, i was up at 5;30am. i drove all day and got in at 6pm, ate and went into power nap mode.

Some of the people that live there are...yeah. I got hit on by a serious Jersey Shore brah before that show even came out. Ugh.

Yea looks like we missed the party...

Morning people. Just had my breakfast of 6 eggs, 2oz of summer sausage, 2 Tbsp of cream cheese, and seasoned with a couple dashes of cinnamon.

Just thought I would share because it turned out delicious!

anyone tried scrambled eggs with cream cheese in it? i put cheddar in mine, but cream cheese intrigues me. (before you suggest me going out and buying it then trying it, im broke! :P)
