    Yeah I repped this too. I eat about 1K less cals if I dip once or twice a day. Def helps fight junk food cravings.

    agree this should not be the staple of your diet, but as a "snack" it does the job and can satisfy a craving for sweets. I don't look as snacks as a place to get the essential elements of your diet, rather a place to tide you over until you can eat something healthier. I know most of my "snacks" are consumed on the go between work, getting my kids to all their activities etc. etc.
