I've just recently started bulking, and so far it's been a struggle. I haven't kept track of my daily calorie intake so far, just been trying to eat more and so far I've gained a good 5-6 pounds in the past month (eating as clean as possible). I have a hard time eating in the morning right before work, because of that my first meal is usually around or after 12pm (by this time I've been working for a good 5-6 hours usually, I'm usually always on my feet walking and lifting things). So my main question is, by not eating for that long, can I lost weight then and there or does when loss only happen during sleep? I know this sounds like a really noobish question, but it's been in the back of my mind for quite some time now. Also, say if I have my first meal at like 1pm and make sure to get enough calories in before I go to bed, will that be OK in terms of weight gain or should I be strictly eating every like 3 hours? It's pretty hard to do that with my line of work, but I can try.
Thanks
