    Unhappy Getting motivated to workout?

I use to love working out, and now it's more of like a chore and i've been slacking. I haven't been working out as much and have been slacking on drinking my protein shakes and creatine. My motivation is gone, i just never feel like working out anymore. Any tips? I'm 17 and have been working out for about 3 months

3 months and you already feel like quitting. You clearly don't want it bad enough. Not attempting to be negative, you need to push yourself to higher goals.

Think about your goals. Look up as much as you can about bodybuilding. The more I look at things related to fitness the more pumped up I get.

For instance, seeing videos of body transformations are great motivators. If someone can change their body, so can you.
