Hey all. Just wanted to pop in and give an update to my weight loss.
I started out on April 29th and was at 329 lbs.
I weighed myself today (06-23-10) and am now down a total of 33 lbs to 296 lbs!
So, for the first time in two years...I am under 300 lbs.

Thanks
Thanks everyone. I appreciate the words of encouragement. As fara a goal weight is concerned, I do not have an exact number in mind honestly. I just want to keep losing fat and getting healthier I suppose. If I HAD to throw a number on it I would say between 200-225 and I would probably feel pretty good.
...and yeah...the misc section already had some fun with my avi pic....

do yourself a favor and take pictures along the way. I didnt take my first picture until i was like 50+ pounds down, and i kick myself for it. It will be a great motivation to track your visual progress
