Vegetables when bulking, Yes or No??

I've recently discovered the power of vegetables when cutting. I've been making some real good progress eating vegetables to keep me full, mainly broccoli and cauliflower. I was wondering if people kept eating vegetables when bulking. I think I'd have a pretty hard time meeting my caloric surplus requirement if I had to keep eating vegetables for a bulk.

The funny thing is my first day on a cut, I was STARVING and couldn't wait to get back to bulking so I could eat everything. But I'm starting to enjoy this cut, not having to worry about eating all the time. I think my body got real good at getting used to a caloric deficit.

So what do I do? Eat ice cream and other super calorie dense items to meet my caloric needs (while making sure I'm getting all the proteins I need)?

I'm eating around 1700 cals a day at the moment. I think I need around 2500 cals a day for maintenance.

eat the veggies and fruit man. Multiple health benefits, don't neglect these vitamins even though they may not help much by increasing muscle mass, they are still essential for your body/digestive system.

You can eat whatever veggies/fruit you want haha. Usually people just can't fit in the vegetables because they make them feel full, but if you can fit them in, do it!

I throw in 150g of broccoli with my dinner...Seems pretty sufficient to me.
Personally i think some green veg is essential.

Were you eating them raw or cooked? The longer you cook them the less filling they will be.

What you can do is try to eat the vegetables that are slightly lower in fiber. Broccoli is great for nutrients but its so damn fiberous. Try some creamed spinach (or just steamed spinach). Other veggies that I find less filling are cucumbers, mashed sweet potatos, zucchini/squash, and leeks.

You can also try making "mashed potatos" out of culiflower. Just steam the culiflower and whip it up in a blender with some cream/milk and butter. I find this a "less filling" way to eat culiflower.
